- This icon (green dot) indicates that the attached rule is an automatic written warning (also referred to as 10-90).

- This icon (orange dot) indicates that the attached rule is an automatic temporary ban (also referred to as 10-93).

- This icon (red dot) indicates that the attached rule is an automatic community removal.

Section 11.1 SOP's

All members are required to follow the Standard Operation Procedures of their respective department(s).

Section 11.2 Uniform and Vehicle Structures

All members are required to follow the Uniform and Vehicle structure that is determined by their respective department(s).

Section 11.3 Asking for Promotion

No member at any time may ask a Staff member or higher about receiving a promotion. Doing so will effectively place your promotional status on hold until determined by the administration.

Section 11.4 Promotional Process

The promotional process includes, but is not limited to willingness to learn, activity within the community, activity within patrol, be in good standing within your department, not have received any 10-90’s or 10-93’s within 60 days, other factors that are determined by Staff Members +, and factors determined by members respective department guidelines.

Section 11.4.1 Staff Promotions

Promotions to a position of β€˜Staff’ will be handled by department heads. (Follow Staff handbook for staff promotions)

Section 11.4.2 Administration Promotions

Promotions to a position of β€œAdministration” will require a letter of interest from the member considered for the promotion. The head of the department will then submit the letter of interest along with their own letter of recommendation to the Community Management chain of command.
