ARP R&R Title 3

- This icon (green dot) indicates that the attached rule is an automatic written warning (also referred to as 10-90).

- This icon (orange dot) indicates that the attached rule is an automatic temporary ban (also referred to as 10-93).

- This icon (red dot) indicates that the attached rule is an automatic community removal.

Section 3.1 - Rules & Regulations

The Auspire Roleplay Rules and Regulations are to be followed at all times, on any .

Section 3.2 - AFK Guidelines

No member shall be Away from Keyboard (AFK) in any channel unless they are in their office, their department’s breakroom, or the designated AFK rooms.

Section 3.3 - Inappropriate Sounds

Any unpleasant sounds are strictly forbidden in a public channel; ex. sexual sounds, screaming, yelling, or any undesirable background static and noise.

Section 3.4 - Private Groups w/ Bad Intentions

Members of ARP shall not formulate β€œprivate groups” or other circles that exempt members they do not like or β€œapprove of” to intentionally hurt or demean that member.

Section 3.5 - Posting Inappropriate Content

Posting, Sharing, and/or typing any content that can be perceived as β€œNSFW” is strictly forbidden.

Section 3.6 - Use of a 10-1 Channel

10-1 Channels are meant for in-game purposes only. If two members are already occupying a 10-1, you are not permitted to join, without consent of the highest ranking person, unless you are an Administrator. Going β€œAFK” in a 10-1 Channel is strictly prohibited.

Section 3.7 - Impersonation of a Staff Member

Impersonating Staff, Administration, or Head Administration on any ARP Asset is strictly prohibited; any member can and should report it.

Section 3.8 - Inappropriate Profile Cosmetics

Having an inappropriate profile picture, avatar (TeamSpeak), or Discord β€œStatus Message” is prohibited and must be removed as requested by a Staff Member.

Section 3.9 - TeamSpeak Assigned Channels

If you are in-game, you must be in the respective TeamSpeak patrol channel, unless you are a staff member that is handling staff responsibilities.

The Staff & Administration Rooms on TeamSpeak, and other related channels of that nature on any ARP asset are not hangout areas. Once the Staff situation has been completed, ALL members must leave.

Section 3.11 - TeamSpeak Locked Channels

Joining a locked voice channel or otherwise a channel you may or may not know that you cannot be apart of is prohibited.

Section 3.12 AFK Regulations

Going AFK in any public channels (I.e. general lobby, etc.) is prohibited. If you are AFK for a time greater than 1+ hour than please place yourself in the designated AFK channel in Teamspeak.

Section 3.13 Waiting Room Time Limit

In regards to Offices that have waiting rooms, it is required that you wait in the waiting room until moved into the main channel. If a time limit is stated before poking/messaging a channel owner, that is to be strictly followed. You may move into the channel if given permission.

Section 3.14 PTT

Push to talk is required in any ARP Patrol channel.

Section 3.15 - Intake Community Sign-up Forms

When joining AuspireRP, members are required, within five (5) days, to join, fill out, or access any resources/forms as required per the community or department. Members in a current LOA state are excluded from this guideline. If a member is having issues with said asset, they must reach out to their CoC.

Section 3.16: Recording/Streaming

Recording and streaming of Auspire Roleplay (ARP) content is only permitted for members of the official media team. Non-media members are not allowed to stream or upload ARP content publicly.

Section 3.16.1: Exceptions

  • Unlisted videos: Videos that are not publicly available.

  • Screenshots or clips: These can be posted within the ARP Discord or uploaded as unlisted content.

Section 3.17: Sensitive Material

When streaming or recording content from ARP, no sensitive material should be shown or discussed, including:

  • 10-90s: Serious incidents.

  • 10-93s: High-risk operations.

  • Other sensitive topics or situations.

Section 3.18: Ownership and Use of Media

All media recorded within ARP is considered ARP property and may be used in ARP's social media and promotional assets.

Section 3.19 Prohibited Location for Music

All Music/Media is prohibited in all public lobbies (e.g General Lobby, Relaxed Lobby, etc.);

Section 3.20 Undesirable Sounds

Undesirable sounds are prohibited in any public channel (e.g yelling, screaming, bodily noises, background noise, etc.);

Section 3.21 Voice Changers

Voice changes are only permitted in patrol channels when deemed appropriate. Use of voice changers in public lobbies (I.e. General lobby, Relaxed Lobby, etc.) is strictly prohibited;

Section 3.22 Excessive Poking/Whispering

Excessive whispering or poking any user is prohibited.
